Today’s challenge is to notice someone whose work often goes unseen.


Thank a cleaner, caregiver, receptionist, teacher, volunteer, delivery worker, neighbor, parent, colleague, or anyone else who quietly helps make things better.

  • Thank someone who keeps your workplace running smoothly.

  • Send a note to a teacher, caregiver, or volunteer.

  • Thank a family member for something they regularly do.

  • Recognize someone you usually pass by without much thought.


Why It Matters

Community impact depends on people who quietly connect, care, serve, and keep things moving every day.


Recognizing those contributions reminds us that everyone has a role to play — and that meaningful work isn’t always the most visible.
