REAL STORIES, REAL IMPACT

HCNO Jzaquelle.png

Jzaquelle, a pregnant mother of two, faced homelessness, depression, financial hardship, and domestic violence. With just two days until eviction, she connected with Robbie, a Community Health Worker at Compassion Health Toledo. Together, they stopped the eviction and secured stable housing for Jzaquelle and her children.

Since moving into their new apartment, the family has received clothing, furniture, kitchen essentials—and a renewed sense of security. Community donations made their Christmas possible, and Jzaquelle now has a vital support network that includes her mother and the Compassion Health Toledo team.

“They check up on me - I can tell they care.”
- Jzaquelle
