Mission 3:10 is proud to announce its official launch! Inspired by Malachi 3:10, Mission 3:10 is committed to creating pathways that connect individuals and communities with the resources, relationships, and opportunities they need to live healthy, purpose-filled lives.

The Mission 3:10 brand family includes the Health Council of Northwest Ohio (HCNO), GapQuest, and Caching Memories — each playing a unique role in strengthening community health and well-being:

  • Health Council of Northwest Ohio (HCNO): Serving an 18-county region, HCNO improves health outcomes by addressing the social factors that shape well-being. Through its nationally certified Northwest Ohio Pathways HUB, HCNO uses a data-informed, evidence-based model to coordinate care and deliver targeted solutions for individuals facing complex challenges, in partnership with a trusted network of community organizations.

  • GapQuest: A bold, innovative response to the urgent needs of today’s youth, GapQuest is designed for recent high school graduates (ages 18–20). This immersive program bridges the transition to adulthood by combining paid co-op work, weekly personal and professional development challenges, and mentorship that helps young adults build the confidence, competence, and clarity they need to thrive.

  • Caching Memories: A unique intergenerational program that connects older adults with student volunteers to share life stories. By fostering relationships and belonging, Caching Memories strengthens community ties and promotes well-being through the power of connection.

Together, these programs reflect a holistic approach — impacting the community from multiple angles and creating long-term solutions that address both health outcomes and the conditions in which people live, learn, work, and grow.

Mission 3:10 also shares deep roots with its for-profit sister company, achi (pronounced uh-kai), founded on the principle of reinvesting in communities through corporate tithing. The achi logo features a modified delta sign meaning to change a life. Mission 3:10 carries that same inspiration forward: its logo overlaps two deltas to form an “M,” symbolizing the amplification of achi’s mission and purpose through community programs.

“At Mission 3:10, we believe abundance is meant to be shared,” said Hayley Studer, President. “Our work is about more than short-term fixes — it’s about building long-term solutions that improve outcomes and change lives.”
